Ann Dinkleman, a Chicago fan active in the 1960s, belonged to the University of Chicago SF Club. She was part of the CHIAC group that produced the fannish plays The Purple Pastures and Requiem for a Fake Fan at Pittcon, the 1960 Worldcon.

A couple years later, she introduced her roommate, Pat Sims, to fandom.
