David A. English, a New York fan active in the 1950s, was a faned and fanartist. He also wrote short fiction for the prozines. He was part of Fanvariety Enterprises.
Harlan Ellison called him a “true ‘craftsman’ of the field” of fanzine art in Sol IX. His artwork was collected in A David English Sketchbook in 1958.
