AggieCon I

AggieCon I (which apparently was also sometimes known as Science Fiction Week) was held April 21–24, 1969 at Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. The GoH was Harlan Ellison.

This appears to have been the first SF convention ever sponsored by a college or a college SF club. (Another contender is Minicon 1, but it is unclear that Minn-StF was a college organization in spite of it meeting on campus.)
