Victor Milán

(August 3, 1954 -- February 13, 2018)

Victor Woodward Milán was an American writer known for libertarian SF and an interest in cybernetics. He was one of the stable of writers in the Wild Cards shared universe.

He was a frequent Masquerade MC at Archon.
