(1903 – 1994[1])
Lily M. Chibbett (née Walters) was a British fan active in the 1940s. She was one of four female attendees at the Bombcon gathering on September 20-21, 1941, all described by Ted Carnell in VOM #19 as 'staunch weirdists – maybe they'll get up a section after the war!' As best we know, they never did.
She attended meetings at the Red Bull in London in 1940 with her husband, Harry Chibbett, and in his dairies, Bill Temple recalls meeting them both along with other old-time fans and pros at a party organised by Arthur C. Clarke in north London in November 1961.
