A fan-run regional convention held in Biloxi, MS from 1978 which typically has several media (film or TV) guests in addition to author, artist, gaming, fan, and science guests.
The con's numbering system started out by calendar year, changed to Roman numerals on the 8th iteration, and changed to decimal numbers on the 29th iteration.
