Capricon 39 will be held February 14-17, 2019 at the Westin Chicago North Shore in Wheeling, IL., GoHs Seanan McGuire, Phil Foglio, Doug Rice, Carrie Dahlby Matt M. McElroy. The theme will be "Strange Beasts Arise."
