Capricon 38 was a convention which was held February 15-18, 2018 at the Westin Chicago North Shore in Wheeling, IL. The GoHs were Timothy Zahn, Sarah Wilkinson, Dave McCarty, Monica Valentinelli, and Matt M. McElroy. Terrence Miltner was chairman. The theme was "Expanded Universes."
