Phil Sless was a fan from Manchester, UK active in the 1950s. He is mentioned in an addenda to Ron Bennett's Directory of Science Fiction Fandom of 1955 as a member of the newly formed Manchester Circle, the informal successor to the Nor'west Science Fantasy Club (NSFC). He attended Cytricon IV and Brumcon.

Slightly confusingly, there was also a Manchester fan called Phil Schless who does seem to have been a different person as both are mentioned with different addresses in the 1955 Directory addenda.
