Hep was a fanzine published by Dave Wood in the UK. The second issue was included in OMPA mailing #2 but it seems that the first wasn't in an earlier OMPA mailing. Ethel Lindsay seemingly wrote mailing comments to everybody and she doesn't mention it in Scottishe #1 (in mailing #2) or #2 (in mailing #3). Of course, it's always possible that there was no issue #1. The British Fanzine Bibliography has no details for it and its existence is only implied by there being a #2

Please extend it by adding information about when and by whom it was published, how many issues it has had, (including adding a partial or complete checklist), its contents (including perhaps a ToC listing), its size and repro method, regular columnists, its impact on fandom, or by adding scans or links to scans.
