Art R. Sehnert was a fan in the 1930s–40s from Tennessee who was a member of the Tennessee Fictioneers and, later, Vulcan Publications.

He was one of the charter members of the National Fantasy Fan Federation in 1941. He had attempted to form the Dixie American Federation of Science Fictionists before World War II and was on the Advisory Board of the moderately successful Dixie Fantasy Federation.
