Westercon 60 (appallingly called Gnomeward Bound) was held June 30–July 3, 2007, at the San Mateo Marriott in San Mateo, CA. GoH: Tad Williams; Artist GoH: Theresa Mather; FGoH: Christian McGuire. Chaired by Michael Siladi and sponsored by SPFII. Attendance: 825. Jay Lake was toastmaster.
Gnomeward Bound was originally announced for July 6–9, 2007, at the San Jose Doubletree, long-time site of the Baycon regional, but like Baycon, was forced to move.
