The 1955 Best Novelette Hugo was presented September 4 at the Clevention. This second year of the Hugos there was again no shortlist of nominees. The winner was chosen by a vote of the members.
Winner: "The Darfsteller" by Walter M. Miller, Jr. [Astounding Jan 1955]
