British SF publisher and critic, owner of Wizard's Tower Press and editor of Salon Futura magazine. Formerly publisher of the fanzine Emerald City, which ran from September 1995 to Oct/Nov, 2006, and won the Hugo Award for Best Fanzine in 2004.
Cheryl was for a time active in World Science Fiction Society (WSFS) administration. She served as Secretary for the WSFS Business Meeting at Chicon 2000.
