Clayton Kent Moomaw was a fan in the 1950s living in Cincinnati, though he was somewhat of a recluse and didn't associate with the CFG. His suicide in 1958 was one of those that made it the Year of the Jackpot. He was a member of The Cult and active in fanzines.
There is a report on his death in Fanac #28 p1.
