A pro writer for the pulps in the ’40s who was also an active fan. In the 40s he created a hoax sister, Jay Gibson who, among other things, published snapzines.
In the mid-’50s he married Roberta Collins and in the early ’60s they published G2. Gibson also was responsible for the fannish aviation fanzine, The Damned Patrol.
