The 2021 Worldcon, Discon III, will be held August 25-29 2021 at the Marriott Wardman Park in Washington, D.C.. Author GoH will be Nancy Kress, Artist GoH will be John Harris, Editor GoH will be Toni Weisskopf, Fan GoH will be Ben Yalow, and Special Guests will be Malka Older and Sheree Renée Thomas. It is chaired by Colette Fozard and Bill Lawhorn.
The DC in 2021 bid was selected at Dublin 2019 in an uncontested race and will conduct site selection for the 2023 Worldcon.
