Windycon XXX was a convention held from November 7-9, 2003 at the Hyatt Regency Woodfield in Schaumburg, IL. Guests of Honor: Gregory Benford, Vincent di Fate, John G. Cramer, Tom Doherty, Lynne Aronson, Mark Aronson, Phyllis Eisenstein. Toastmaster: Bob Tucker. Chair: Steven H Silver. The con had the theme "Space Station Windycon."
The ISFiC Writers Contest winner was "True Worth," by John D. Nikitow.
