Brian Earl Brown is a fan living in Detroit who is the publisher of Beb Books, inexpensive, limited-run chapbooks reprinting classic pulp stories. Included in the books Beb has published are several classic SF stories.

He was OE of the Pulp Era Amateur Press Society and REHUPA and was a member of the Wayne Third Foundation for which he edited some issues of Seldon's Plan. He was a member of the Detroit in '85 NASFiC bid.
