Fred Isaacs was a Boston-area con-running fan. He was married to fellow fan Susan Isaacs. He was an early member of NESFA, a member of MCFI, chaired Boskone 9, and organized APA:Tax. He worked on many Worldcons in the 1970s and 80s (he was Treasurer of Noreascon 1) and was a division head at several others. He co-edited Noreascon 1's excellent restaurant guide with Leslie Turek.
