F. Victor Gillard was a fan from Leeds active in the 1930s.

He was not present at the 1937 Leeds convention and when the Leeds branch of the Science Fiction League split in its aftermath he was part of the Science Fiction Association (SFA) faction, becoming its treasurer in December 1937 as well as the 'business manager' for the group's fanzine, Tomorrow. He attended the Second British Convention in London in 1938 and was one of the Leeds representatives at the launch of the Manchester branch of the SFA in May.

He doesn’t seem to have been in evidence after 1938 when he attended a London SFA branch meeting on October 23 and he is not listed in the 1945 Directory of Anglo-Fandom. In a 1988 letter to Rob Hansen[1], Herbert Warnes said:

... whilst Gillard was an old faithful he disappeared altogether in 1939.
