Felice Rolfe Maxam, a California fan, was co-editor of the fanzine Niekas when it was nominated for the Best Fanzine Hugo in 1966 and won the 1967 Best Fanzine Hugo. She was a member of the Peninsula SF Association in the 1960s. She lived in the Bay Area with her first husband, Joe Rolfe, and then with her second, Blake Maxam.
