Cindy C. Heap (aka Cindy Cramer, Cyndi Van Arnam and Cindy Williams) was a New York fan active in the 1960s and ’70s. A member of the N3F, she was one of the editors of N3F's fanzine Tightbeam in 1965.
She lived in Rochester, NY, and was a member of Universe Unlimited. She was assistant treasurer of the Syracuse in '66 Worldcon bid. She was a member of the Lunarians.
She was co-coordinator of the Fashion Show at Nycon 3, the 1967 Worldcon.
Cindy was married to George Heap and later, for a time, to Dave Van Arnam, whom she wed in 1967.
