MayBelle Anshutz was a Los Angeles fan, a member of the LASFL, active in the 1930s. This makes her a member of First Fandom, though, sadly, a little remembered one. She was an Esperantist and fanzine letterhack.

MayBelle Louise Hare Anshutz is buried at Forest Lawn Memorial Park (Hollywood Hills), Los Angeles. We can’t be certain it’s the same person, but it seems likely.
