Sue Wheeler, a Baltimore fan, is a member of BSFS. At Balticon 8 in 1974, she became so disgusted at the lack of a local club (BSFS had died some years previously) that she was one of the fans who re-founded it.

She chaired the unsuccessful Baltimore in '80 Worldcon bid and also chaired Balticons 13, 18, 24, 36, and 37.
