Paul H. Spencer, an American fan of the 1940s, published the apazine Jabberwocky for FAPA and fanzine Janus with Russ Whitman. He was one of the editors of Kalki.

While in the Army in World War II, he spent some time visiting the Slan Shack in Battle Creek, MI.
