WisCon 4 was a convention held March 7–9, 1980, at the Wisconsin Center and Madison Inn in Madison, WI. The Pro GoHs were Octavia Butler and Joan Vinge, the Editor GoH was David Hartwell, and the Fan GoH was Beverly DeWeese. It was chaired by Janice Bogstad.
