A convention held November 2–4, 1979, at the Turf Inn in Albany, NY. It was a one-shot (and a bit of a hack) organized by Jan Howard Finder and tied vaguely to the Birmingham, UK, Novacon 9 being held the same days. GoH was Bob Shaw and FGoH was Jack Cohen (both Novacon stalwarts.) Bob Tucker was toastmaster.
