A “conference” consisting of Claude Degler, Raym Washington and his little sister, Mary Helen Washington, in early 1943 in the Washingtons’ hometown, Live Oak, FL.
During it, Degler organized organized the fake Cosmic clubs Cosmic Thinkers (local) and the Florida Cosmos Society, and reconstituted the Dixie Fantasy Federation, with Raym at its head.
