Leonard James Wenshe, a Chicago fan, chaired Windycon 16 & Windycon 17, was a Director and Division Head for Chicon 5 in 1991, and ran the information desk at Chicon 2000. For the last several years of his life, he served as Windycon's treasurer and was also a past board member of ISFiC. He was married to fellow fan Amy Wenshe.
