Fred Price was a UK fan from Monmouthshire in Wales active in the 1950s. He was a member of the London SF Con of 1952 although it's not clear if he attended. He did however attend Coroncon in 1953 and was a member of Supermancon in 1954. He may have been a member of The Cymrades.
It's possible that William E. Price was his brother.
