NASF3 is a New York City club founded in 2016 to hold HELIOsphere and sponsor other fannish events in the New York City area. It will also sponsor World Fantasy Convention 2024.

It was founded by Mark W. Richards, Catelynn Cunningham, and Liz Crefin, who, along with Tara Walsh and Gabi Morel, formed the new club's initial board and the core of the committee of HELIOsphere 2017, the organization's inaugural convention. Other early and founding members include Ken Winter, Joni Dashoff, Ira Donewitz, and Larry Nelson.
As a fannish social organization, it also held fan gatherings and game nights on a semi-regular basis at an Irish bar (An Beal Bocht) in the Bronx.
It is a 501(c)(3) non-profit incorporated in New York State.
