Charles "Chuck" Partington was a Manchester fan active in the 1960s and ’70s. He was part of Salford Fandom, and the Northern Science Fiction and Fantasy Group (which he chaired).

He was on the Chessmancon, Mancon 5, and Thirdmancon committees. He was a actor and producer in the fannish Delta SF Film Group. He co-founded Savoy Books and published New Worlds #213–216 in the late 1970s. With Harry Nadler, he published the Ken Bulmer Bibliography for Beccon Publications. He was an early worker on SF2 Concatenation.
