Linda Ross-Mansfield is a Canadian con-running fan living in Winnipeg, MB. She is co-chair of the NASFiC Pemmi-con 2023, at which her husband, John Mansfield, is a goh.
She published Northern Lights for about five years and helped John Mansfield publish Signal. She was CUFF administrator in the 1990s.
She is a member of WinSFA and has been a director of Cansmof.
