Ditto 10 was held jointly with Octocon 34 under the auspices of CFG at the Blue Ash Hotel and Conference Center in Cincinnati, Oct 24–26, 1997. The organizers described themselves:

An amusing aspect of Ditto 10 was the constant bulletins from Mike Resnick to Carol Resnick. Carol was at Ditto, while Mike was GoH at MileHiCon 29 (AKA Donnercon) near Denver. Unfortunately, this year a major blizzard hit on Friday and as the snow piled up, the hotel staff bailed out, leaving a skeleton staff and hourly bulletins from Mike to Carol (who shared them with her friends at Ditto) about the snow covering the 2nd floor windows and hunting down and eating rats to kill the hunger.
