Memo Sheet was the clubzine newsletter of first the Paint Research Station Science Fiction Library of Teddington in south-west London and then from March 1943 its successor organisation, the Cosmos Club .
The British Fanzine Bibliography described it as 'Carbon-copied' so print runs were presumably small and there is little further information available beyond the known existence of a #12 from April 1943. In May 1943 it evolved into Cosmic Cuts so #12 is likely the final issue.
