Memo Sheet was the clubzine newsletter of first the Paint Research Station Science Fiction Library and then from March 1943 its successor organisation, the Cosmos Club in the UK. The British Fanzine Bibliography described it as 'Carbon-copied' so print runs were presumably small. In May 1943 it evolved into Cosmic Cuts.
