Lilian Jaggers was a British fan seemingly only briefly active in the 1940s. She was one of four female attendees at the Bombcon gathering on September 20-21, 1941, all described by Ted Carnell in VOM #19 as 'staunch weirdists – maybe they'll get up a section after the war!' As best we know they never did. She was a friend of Denise Laws.
