Vincent Edward Manning, an Indiana fan, was a member of the Decker Dillies. He published Pluto with his brother,[2] Marvis Manning, and attended Chicon, the 1940 Worldcon, and Denvention the following year.
Vincent’s other avocation was as a radio ham. The Mannings had a farm together. Like all the Dillies, Vincent had gafiated by the end of World War II. In the war, Vincent served in the signal corps in Hawaii and the South Pacific.
