Bill Rickhardt (sometimes styled Wm. C. Rickhardt) was a Detroit-area fan active in the 1950s and ’60s. A member of the Misfits, he was involved with the Detention, the 1959 Worldcon. He was a member of FAPA and The Cult. He organized the Bring Berry to Detroit fan fund in 1958.

By the early 1960s, he and his wife, Phyllis, were living in California. At some point, he lived in Baltimore.
