Carl L. Dill, an Ohio fan, was active in the 1950s. He wrote for such fanzines as Etherline, attended Midwestcon 5, and was part of Project Fan Club. However, we strongly suspect that he was a hoax, or at least a pseudonym for C. L. Barrett.
