A carpetbagger bid to host the 2023 Worldcon in Memphis, TN, in late August. The bid, chaired by Cliff Dunn and Kate Secor, was announced at Dublin 2019. Beyond that, they don’t seem to have made any official announcements as to whom their committee is.
Their competition is Chengdu 2023.
