Lenny Bailes is a fan living in the Bay Area. He is a member of FAPA, a charter member of APA-L, a co-founder of TAPS, and a member of SFPA. He was a member of the N3F (and at one time head of the N3F's Follow-Up Bureau), the FISTFA, OMPA, APA-L, The Cult, N'APA, SAPS, The Petards, and attended Fanoclasts.
