Wyndham Lewis was a UK fan from Garnant in Wales active in the 1930s. He was a member of the Science Fiction Association (SFA), joining in August 1938.
There is nothing further recorded about him in the pages of Novae Terrae. It seems almost certain that he is not Wyndham Lewis, the British writer, painter and critic.
