Windycon XXVII was a convention held from November 10-12, 2000 at the Hyatt Regency Woodfield in Schaumburg, IL. Guests of Honor: Terry Brooks, Lubov, Patrick Nielsen Hayden, Teresa Nielsen Hayden, Larry Smith, Sally Kobee. Toastmaster: Phyllis Eisenstein. Chair: Amy Wenshe. The theme was "The Worldcon is Not Enough."
