A hoax bid for Tallahassee, FL, in 2001. Its motto was "Tallytown's Fun in 2001" and it appears the Worldcon would have been named TesserCon 2001. The ad (below) appeared in Suncon's PR 4 in 1977, and it seems plausible that Brad Linaweaver, who lived in Tallahassee at the time, may have been involved.
