MosCon XVIII was a convention held September 13-15, 1996 in Moscow, ID. The GoHs were David M. Weber, John Shovic (scientist), Norma Barrett-Lincoln (fan), Edgar Lincoln (fan).

It was chaired by Austin Wilmerding.
