Marion Eadie

Marion Fisher Eadie (later Turner) was a British fan. She was a founding member and president of the Junior Astronomical Association and published its journal, Urania, to which Arthur C. Clarke contributed.

With her fiancé, Harry Turner, whom she met in 1938 and wed in 1942, she published the fanzine Zenith.

Beginning in 1973, she wrote girls’ fiction and comics professionally as Fiona Turner.

The Turners lived in Romiley, Manchester, and had three sons. Their son Philip H. Turner is also a fan and sf writer.
