Greg Egan

(1961 --)

A famously reclusive Australian pro who has declined Australian awards. When, at Aussiecon Three, he won the 1999 Best Novella Hugo, the award was accepted on his behalf by Jeremy Byrne.

He maintains an on-line index of Interzone magazine.
