Brian V. Avis was a fan from Blackpool,UK active in the 1950s. He was a member of the Supermancon in 1954 although it's not known if he attended. He is listed as a donor to TAFF in Hyphen #6 (January 1954) with further donations in later issues, and Andromeda #11 (June 1955) carries an advertisement from him offering various prozines for sale.
